The new Risto Wash Tank Cleaning System – RW2013 was developed to reliably clean and cool used tanks. It is controlled by an easy-to-use software that automates both functions. However, the user can also select specific cleaning steps manually.

The Risto Wash cleaning systems can be easily retrofitted or upgraded for both new and used, active milk cooling tanks. Some of the innovative milk cooling features of the new Tank cleaning system Risto Wash 2013 include two adjustable setpoints, a cooling start delay, and an automatic stirring function. If there are risky temperature conditions, the cooling time monitoring function will immediately trigger an alarm.

When it’s time to clean the milk cooling tank, the cleaning functions take over. A waiting timer control automatically regulates the water dosage and cleaning agents in the available washing programs.
