For dairy farmers handling medium milk volumes, the Copeland / Scroll cooling unit / refrigeration unit offers an affordable solution for reliably cooling freshly milked milk immediately. This prevents unwanted bacterial growth and ensures perfectly fresh farm milk.

Key features of the Risto cooling unit / refrigeration unit include an integrated Alco/Emerson filter, a sight glass, and an oil separator from the same model series. Additionally, two fans provide fast cooling, and the unit features a pressure switch from Emerson or Danfoss as well as a phase monitoring system from Schneider.

Available in various sizes, the Copeland / Scroll cooling unit / refrigeration unit can be tailored to daily milk production needs while complying with Germany’s and the EU’s regulations. This ensures that both direct farm sales and deliveries to stores or dairies meet the required hygiene standards.
